pre-qualified with a mortgage lender. This is important for several
reasons. Most importantly, it gives us an idea of the price range we need
to focus on during your search. Plus, most sellers require a 'pre-qual'
letter with all offers. Having the letter prior to your home search will
save valuable time later on.

searching for a home, it's important to consider things such as work location, schools, shopping,
restaurants, etc. that will make year round living comfortable. If
you are planning to purchase a second/vacation then home we suggest the ‘4 Corners’
area, which consists of Polk, Osceola, Orange, & Lake counties. '4
Corners' communities are zoned for short-term rentals and
many are located close to the theme parks.
