About Patty ---
There's no better place than Florida and
I'm not just saying that because I'm a native of the
'Sunshine State'. Over twenty years ago I sold my first
home and I haven't stopped selling since! For all of my
career I've been a top-producer, focusing on residential
properties. I've assisted thousands of customers with
listing, selling and buying their first homes,
investment properties, second houses and more. I continue to work with buyers and sellers as I welcome
them to the community and help each to find the property
most suitable for their needs. In addition to my real
estate career, I stay active in the community and enjoy
all that Florida has to offer. From beaches to swamps
and from malls to theme parks, I'm convinced that
Florida has it all! |

About Sandi ---
In 1995 I
earned my Florida Real Estate license and my dreams of selling homes
began! In addition to practicing real estate, I also worked as a
zookeeper at Miami Metrozoo. I cared for giraffe, zebra and a wide
range of other exotic animals. In 2000, my career led me to Disney's
Animal Kingdom. My relationship there continues on a part time
basis. Nothing is better than having a 17-ft. giraffe greet me in
the morning, but selling homes is my full time profession. My specialty involves working with both buyers and sellers and
ranges from first-time homebuyers, investment properties,
vacation/second homes and much more. My number one goal is to
provide first-class customer service. I want each person that I work
with to encounter a positive experience and a feeling of
satisfaction with our services. My experience and training at
Disney's Animal Kingdom has provided me with an appreciation for
both visiting guests and local residents of Central Florida. I'm
always eager to help my fellow neighbors to buy and sell beautiful
homes in this ever-changing
